In honor of the merciful love of Christ and the faith of St. Mary Magdalene, this handcrafted rosary celebrates sorrow for sin and transformation in forgiveness. Hail Mary beads are serene and lovely Pink Aventurine, the rarest of Aventurine gemstones. They vary in color and tone from palest pink to an almost milky peach. These symbolizes the feminine fragility of Mary of Magdala, and the strength of her faith once she was purified. Our Father beads are radiant and brilliant metallic gold wood, representing the transformative power of Christ's love. 

The gold-plated centerpiece medal featuring the saint is distinctively shaped as a teardrop, to represent sorrow and contrition, and the finishing touch is a gold-plated Crucifix, a reminder of the radiance of our redemption. Both are made in Italy. The beads are strung on leather cord, once used for scourging and as an instrument of penance, to remind us of our need for Him in our fallen natures.
